We are a multinational retail/hotel chain. Can SCENTLINQ offer fragrance services in all regions and countries where our locations are located?

Yes, we can provide fragrance services in many countries worldwide. Please consult your local SCENT::LINQ representative who will be happy to assist you.

I have a seasonal business, my hotel does not operate year-round, can I use SCENT::LINQ's scenting services for 6 months each year?

Yes, we provide services to seasonal businesses. Our goal is to satisfy the needs of our customers.

Do you create signature fragrances?

Yes, we do, however creating a signature scent requires certain specifications. Please consult your SCENT :: LINQ representative.

Once we decide what scent we want for our business, do we have to use the same scent throughout our collaboration?

Of course not. Your SCENTLINQ representative will be happy to help you change your scent, send you or show you fragrance samples. We value our long-term relationships with our customers.

Can we get a signed form for the fragrance service you provided us?

Yes. We have a mobile-only app. Our technicians receive a signature on their mobile phone from our customers, and you can choose to receive the signed copy of the service form as a PDF file that will be emailed to you immediately.

What is the warranty on your fragrance systems?

All our fragrance systems have a full warranty throughout the duration of our partnership. Our specialized technicians perform a full inspection and maintenance of all systems with each visit to your premises.

Are the sale of fragrance systems and fragrances done without a service agreement?

We are a service company and offer annual and seasonal rental programs with full technical support. In special cases, we may make some exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Your SCENTLINQ representative can provide you with details.

Can we use the MDX250 aromatherapy system in our home?

Some of our customers use the MDX250 fragrance machine in their homes, but we would like to remind and emphasize that our systems are designed for use in retail and hospitality spaces.

Do you have aromatherapy systems for home use?

Not at the moment, however, we are working on a line of products specifically for scenting small spaces and homes. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified when our home products are ready.

Where are your perfumes produced?

Our fragrance collection is developed by leading perfumers and produced in one of the best perfume houses in the world, located in Germany and the USA. Our fragrance collection is designed and produced exclusively for SCENTLINQ. Our entire collection complies with and exceeds all EU and US requirements and regulations. IFRA (International Fragrance Association) certificates, allergen lists and SDS (Safety Data Sheets) are available upon request.
